Abstract This paper deals with the theoretical investigation of effect a magnetic field, rotation and magnetization on ferromagnetic fluid under varying gravity field. To find exact solution for layer contained between two free boundaries, we have used linear stability analysis normal mode method. For case stationary convection, stable solute gradient has stabilizing effect, while if λ> 0 destabilizing λ< . Further, field is discovered to both It likewise that in absence gradient. Graphs been plotted by giving numerical values various parameters. In rotation, gradient, principle exchange stabilities found hold true certain conditions.
